A very pleasant way to spend a half-day. There are historical buildings, several walking trails, and a general store. The history of the blueberry starts in the Pine Barrens. Everyone who enjoys a blueberry pancake or blueberry fritter owes a debt of gratitude to Elizabeth Coleman White.
Fun place to learn about historic cranberry harvesting. A few short trails exist, and you can walk or drive along the bogs.
Plenty of areas to hike and explore; great educational experiences (check FB page and/or website to see activities); friendly and helpful volunteers. General Store a throwback, with neat items to purchase.
Nice historic place to come and walk around with the family. Old buildings general store cedar trails lots of plant specimens. The cranberry bogs are cool. Couple trails nothing crazy. Easy strolling. Pretty place. Lots of birds too.
