He sent two interns to my home to clear my kitchen pipes. They couldn't snake it so they had to call their boss. They tell us that they're going to have to dig up my kitchen floors to fix the problem but it's ok because our homeowners insurance will cover it. They tell us that the manager will call us the next day. He doesn't call but just shows up and tells me he can snake the pipe through the roof vent but it's going to cost $150 more than going through the kitchen because of liability reasons. I tell him I'll talk to my husband but I decide to call another plumber instead. The other plumber went through the curves of my kitchen pipes without any problems and they were cheaper too. The only reason I've given them 2 stars is because they are one of the few plumbers who won't charge you for a job they couldn't do but I don't recommend them. Call elsewhere.
So Wonderful to deal with a Honest Plumber Finally. They gave me a estimate of 1200.00 and then final bill came out to be 800.00. Im thrilled and will recommend them to everyone!!!
Called JS and Son out to get an estimate on a few items we were needing to get done. Kevin and Kenny came out, looked at what we had, and ended up fixing a couple of the items on the spot. They were quick, professional, efficient, and courteous. I really appreciate it, and would recommend them to anyone in a minute. We have found our plumbers!
