Nice staff
My friend has lived here for years. Lately, neighbors moved in with loud machines and dogs. The quiet neighborhood has been ruined. So, the area was nice, it is an inexpensive way to own your own home, but there is very little personal space.
Me and my wife bought a trailer home here. Pet friendly as long as your dog is 45 or less and passes friendly test with Mac lol. Background check and credit score must be over 600 but the best trailer community of NJ. Yea I said it. Small friendly community. Big lots. Great people. Affordable living
It's a trailer park. People are nice and no real visual crime.
The ppl that work there are jerks all the way up
