So far, living here hasn't been a great experience. In the first week I had been living here, a fight occured a few lots away. The next day I took a walk around the park and saw a tree branch had fallen on a car and smashed it in, just like in that Allstate commercial. I don't think "Mayhem" lives in the park, but a resident came out and told me that they were supposed to do upkeep on the trees every year, but rarely ever do; this is also in spite of the fact that they raise rent, minimally, every year. I was also informed I didn't have to have renters insurance by my lease agent. Two weeks later I got paperwork in the mail saying I had to; while it makes sense to be insured, I wish I hadn't been lied to. If you don't have to, don't rent here.
P.S. The rent managers are never available (physically in the office), and neither is the corporate office.

Very pretty atmosphere
Worst place ever, claim to approve an application and then decide last minute to reject it. Horriable customer service, that is if you can ever get in contact with anyone in the first place. Not even worth the time.
